As it was from barrel last year, this is still somewhat reduced. Otherwise there is a much more elegant mouthfeel to the equally mineral-driven and punchy middle weight flavors that deliver excellent length on the youthfully austere, refined and beautifully well-balanced finale. The elevation of the vineyard is in evidence as this is a relatively cool and restrained 2015. It’s hard to predict whether the reduction will eventually dissipate though my rating offers the benefit of the doubt that it will. (Burghound)
